Kevin Kwasa is a Partner at O & M Law with deep knowledge of corporate commercial law and extensive experience in advising both our local and foreign clients on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters. Over the course of his engagement with the firm Kevin has been involved in a myriad of complex national and multinational transactions including large M&A deals and has also been involved in advising clients in large financial and securitization matters.
He also provides advice and legal support for a wide range of clients in the property development sector, the capital markets sector and the energy sector. His involvement in these transactions has led to him gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in various areas of law including Competition Law. He also mentors younger advocates as part of the mentorship and pupillage initiatives in the firm and has been a guest speaker for various institutions in the area of setting up and doing business in Kenya.

- Bachelor of Laws LL.B – Nairobi University
- Level B2 Diploma in French- Alliance Francais Kenya
