We continue to add to our portfolio of clients in the energy sector particularly in alternative energy in which we advise a number of large and small scale power producers. In the course of these transactions we play a leading role along with other professional consultants to assist throughout the setting up of power plants including the acquisition of project property and up until the negotiation and conclusion of power purchase agreements.

Moreover O&M Law has vast experience working with large scale developers in complex construction projects and has experience in negotiating contracts with international consultants for projects implemented within Nairobi. We make it our goal to ensure that a structured system is in place to promote the focused achievement of project milestones and to guide the project to completion. We are also on hand to mediate and assist in the negotiation of variations to construction contracts when necessary.
