He specialises in dispute resolution and litigation, corporate & commercial transactions, infrastructure projects & finance matters. Awa has helped a wide range of individual and corporate clients in prosecuting and defending claims in the High Court, Industrial Court and Magistrate’s Courts as well as Statutory Tribunals at various stations across Kenya.
Awa has experience in the fields of civil, commercial and criminal litigation, alternative dispute resolution, immigration law, constitutional, public and administrative law, labour and employment law and intellectual property. He has been engaged in proceedings at various stages with progressively increasing responsibilities and has managed cases from initial legal research to conclusion. Awa is member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
